Data safety
AQORIO should know enough to help management make better decisions — without asking for unnecessary personal data.
What the early product is designed to use
- Aggregate revenue and pipeline metrics.
- Targets, stage values, conversion measures and commercial operating information.
- Anonymised opportunity identifiers where individual deal analysis is useful.
- Process information such as stage definitions, forecast cadence and qualification rules.
What customers should not upload
- Passwords, API keys, card details or authentication credentials.
- Special-category or health information.
- Employee HR, disciplinary or performance records.
- Unnecessary names, personal email addresses or phone numbers.
- Raw call recordings or transcripts unless a future product flow explicitly supports them with appropriate safeguards.
Analysis principles
AQORIO output is structured to distinguish facts supplied or calculated from the available data, inferences drawn from those facts, and recommendations for management consideration. Missing information should be surfaced as a visibility gap rather than invented.
AQORIO is currently an early-stage product. Security, processor and retention documentation will be expanded before production integrations or higher-sensitivity data flows are introduced.
